Here are two sets from Syria I have recently tracked down.
The one at the top shows Ramses II on his war chariot and the colossi in Abu Simbel. They were issued in 1965 for the UNESCO Campaign to save the monuments of Nubia (SG 870-1).
The second set was issued in 1966, this time for the "Arab Week to Salvage the Nubia Monuments". Both stamps depict the statues of the Great Temple of Abu Simbel (SG 907-8).
